Letter to Santa

Would your little ones like to write a personal letter to Santa? We’re having our own post box at Orchard Shopping Centre this Christmas, so they can do just that, with a template to make it nice and easy!

You can either download and print a template OSC Christmas Letter to Santa 2024 – Letter Template DIGITAL, or pop into our participating stores – Calendar Club, Hotel Chocolat, and TVM (or the management suite) – then write the note. When it’s done, if you would like to enter our competition, the parent/guardian needs to complete the form. All that’s left is to post the letter to Santa in the special box which you will find in Centre Square near to Grape Tree*.

Five lucky children** will each win a festive prize when the box is emptied, picked at random for each age group from those who have agreed to take part. We’d love to present these prizes during our Wonder of Walkabout event on 21st December. T&Cs apply.

*the post box will be available from 22nd November to 16th December. There is no charge to get involved. Please note that no letters will be answered. Prizes are for those aged 12 years and under.
**prize categories are under 3 years; 5-7 years (boy); 5-7 years (girl); 8-12 years (2 prizes).

Terms & conditions

Open to all entries within the TA, EX, BA postcodes except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees or family members of Orchard Shopping Centre and its promotional partners.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. The person completing the form must be aged 18 years or over.

False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible. Orchard Shopping Centre does not hold responsibility for any abusive content posted on the competition page.

The prizes are provided and administered by third parties. No travel costs or expenses incurred in using the prizes will be covered. The promoter has no responsibility for the onward use of the prizes.

All entrants’ details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winners may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition. Entry to the competition ends on Monday 16th December at 5.30pm.

The competition is promoted by Orchard Shopping Centre. Entry to the competition is deemed as FULL ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions.
Five winners will be selected at random from the eligible entries. The judges’ decision is final, and NO CORRESPONDENCE will be entered into.

Orchard Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the prizes with a prizes of equivalent value if the originals are no longer available. The prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The winners will be picked and contacted within 2 days of the competition closing date. The winners will have 2 days to accept the prizes. The notified people are to arrange collection of their prizes from Orchard Shopping Centre, preferably on Saturday 21st December, or otherwise before 24th December.

The winners will be contacted via email or by phone. The winners will then be announced via Orchard Shopping Centre social media channels or alternatively for details of the winners’ names, please send an SAE to: Orchard Shopping Centre, Centre Management Office, Paul Street, Taunton, Somerset. TA1 3TP.
