Send a letter to Santa…

Why not send a letter to Santa at Orchard Taunton? Simply download and print your template A4 Letter to Santa PDF Download then write your note. When you’re done, ask your parent/guardian to complete the form, then pop it into our post box which you will find in Centre Square*. One lucky person will win a festive prize when the box is emptied. T&Cs apply.

*the post box will be available from 20th November to 14th December. There is no charge to take part.

Terms & conditions

Open to all entries within the TA, EX, BA postcodes except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees or family members of Orchard Shopping Centre and its promotional partners.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. The person completing the form must be aged 18 years or over.

False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible. Orchard Shopping Centre does not hold responsibility for any abusive content posted on the competition page.

The prize is provided and administered by a third party. No travel costs or expenses incurred in using the prize will be covered. The promoter has no responsibility for the onward use of the prize.

All entrants’ details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winner may be required to participate in promotional activity related to this competition. Entry to the competition ends on Thursday 14th December at 5.30pm.

The competition is promoted by Orchard Shopping Centre. Entry to the competition is deemed as FULL ACCEPTANCE of these Terms & Conditions. One winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries. The judges’ decision is final, and NO CORRESPONDENCE will be entered into.

Orchard Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the original is no longer available. The prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The winner will be picked and contacted within 7 days of the competition closing date. The winner will have 7 days to accept the prize. The notified person is to arrange collection of their prize from Orchard Shopping Centre within a further 14 days unless otherwise stipulated.

The winner will be contacted via email or by phone. The winner will then be announced via Orchard Shopping Centre social media channels or alternatively for details of the winner’s name, please send an SAE to: Orchard Shopping Centre, Centre Management Office, Paul Street, Taunton, Somerset. TA1 3TP.
