Natalie at TUI in Taunton has won the award for the Exeter region (Somerset, Devon & Cornwall).

Natalie beat off competition from 24 other stores and over 100 Travel Advisors to take the accolade.

“We are immensely proud of Natalie receiving this award, she always goes the extra smile with our customer” said manager Kevin.

Natalie was delighted and shocked when their area manager Jaime turned up on her doorstep unannounced to share the good news and present Natalie with the award and a bottle of bubbles.

“It was completely out of the blue,” said Natalie. “I was wearing my unicorn slippers and about to start the ironing!”

“I am proud that our store and my colleagues were nominated in every category this year. We achieved this by hitting targets through delivering great customer service,” she revealed.

The Exeter Region also has cause to celebrate this year, winning Region of the Year for the Southern Division and Kevin said “Our region has a lot of repeat business with people coming back time and time again but all 24 stores never take our loyal customers for granted, striving to deliver great service on every touch point every time.”

TUI, rebranded from Thomson just recently and intends to carry on the tradition of personal service, hand-picked hotels and the best holiday airline which Thomson has had for over 50 years. They will now provide even more choice in holidays and even more flexible flight options with all-inclusive cruises and tailor made experiences.
